“The Cargo Transphere” and Pugh Method overview

“The Cargo Transphere” is a concept I have proposed for military cargo field transfer system and that “won” out of other concepts by the rules of “Pugh” during one of Systems Engineering exercises (it was a non-secret couple-hours exercise, so I can bring it here).
